TVBTN.com: Hollywood Reporter is out with the news that both CBS’s Mike & Molly and Rules of Engagement will have two additional episodes ordered this season to attempt to fill in the CBS Monday night sitcom schedule in the wake the past week’s events in which Two and a Half Men’s Charlie Sheen has entered rehab and production on his show has been at least temporarily suspended. No word as yet from CBS.
